Our electroforming unit, located at our Loriol site, is equipped with several specialized baths for high-precision copper or nickel coating. The maximum dimensions of our nickel tanks are 6800x3800x2400mm, and for copper 2700x2400x1400mm. Used at the Loriol and Toulouse sites, the laser tracker offers a high-precision measurement solution for the shapes and thicknesses of complex parts.
Thanks to its advanced technology and its ability to capture three-dimensional data with great accuracy, this equipment guarantees metrological controls that meet the most stringent requirements, particularly in the aerospace and medical sectors. Ideal for projects requiring millimetric precision, the laser tracker enables parts to be checked for compliance with specifications, ensuring reliability and performance on every job.
Our sites are also equipped with thermo-anemometers for vacuum control, and ultrasonic thickness gauges to guarantee that parts and tooling conform to our customers' specifications.
Vibratory stress-relieving equipment completes our range of production tools, allowing the release of residual stresses generated during the welding process, thus ensuring dimensional stability during temperature rises.
