The management assistant assists a manager or a team in the follow-up of files in the following fields saleand purchases and logistics.

Prerequisite:

Activities :

Accounting entries

  • Good knowledge of the chart of accounts
  • Input into SAGE accounting and payment software
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Data entry and analysis of accounts through to balance sheet preparation

 

Dashboard management

  • Sales / Forecast
  • Tracking sales agent commissions + PCM Engineering

 

Trade receivables and payables management

  • Invoicing and payment tracking in ERP
  • Order entry and follow-up (ARC)
  • Billing follow-up, reminders
  • Preparation of supplier payment schedules
  • Preparation of transfers in SAGE Moyens de Paiement software

 

Telephone reception

Tasks:

  • Accounting assistance
  • Dashboard management
  • Customer and supplier item management
  • Follow-up of customer and supplier invoicing

Know-how :

  • ERP and accounting software SAGE
  • Word processing and spreadsheet skills
  • Synthesize and analyze accounting information
  • Draft and organize all types of standard operational documents
  • Proficiency in one or more foreign languages (English TOIC 600 required)
  • Must know how to formulate or translate information in order to process and disseminate it correctly
