RÉSISTANCE MÉCANIQUE
Metallization significantly increases part rigidity. A 65μm deposit can double the mechanical double the mechanical strength of a part, and it will be multiplied by 5 with a 125 μm deposit.

TENUE TEMPÉRATURE, FEU
Le substrat est recouvert et donc isolé par une épaisse couche de métal, qui vient former une coque métallique autour de la pièce.

RÉSISTANCE IMPACTS
Le nickel a une dureté de surface comprise entre 15 et 40 HRC.

RÉSISTANCE ABRASION ET CORROSION
Le nickel est un métal résistant à l’abrasion et à la corrosion.

RHODOTRON APPLICATION: PARTICLE GAS PEDAL

A layer of approximately 80 μm of copper is deposited on the inner surfaces of the steel components making up the Rhodotron.

Since copper is an excellent conductor, it plays a vital role in the electron acceleration process, which sterilizes medical equipment and foodstuffs (...) by breaking the DNA of the bacteria contained in the products, thus preventing them from reproducing.
